Directors

The management of NIA is made up of two Directors who are long-term serving professionals in the field of renewable energy, environment and climate change in Tanzania and the Region. Both directors have cumulatively practiced for more than 30 years in the energy industry of Tanzania, sub-Saharan Africa and globally. Having extensively worked and engaged with the Government (central and local), at the EAC Region, development partners, international organizations, NGOs, and the Private sector both at national and grassroots levels, the incumbent observed and noticed a gap for local players in the energy consulting industry resulting into most energy solutions being foreign flavoured and tailored unnecessarily, in this case, the directors bring regional and global experience to a tailored locally sustainable energy solutions.
